How to make yogurt face mask for sensitive skin

Yogurt face mask is ideal to use for sensitive skin and is a great help in treating chapped, sunburned or irritated skin.

Ingredients:

To make this mask all you would require:

- 1 cup fresh chilled yogurt

- 1/2 cup oatmeal

Preparation:

Take the yogurt and oatmeal and mix them well. Apply to the skin and let is stay on for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

After that, carefully wash it away using a steamed washcloth. This can be easily attained by keeping the washcloth in the microwave for a mere duration of 10 to 15 seconds. This mask can also be used for other skin types, with a few added ingredients.

For oily skin, you may add a couple drops of lemon or lime juice. In case of dry skin, mix in a couple tablespoons of honey in the yogurt mask, following the application.
