Lakme Fashion Week started off with a hit, showcasing the extravagant ‘Barbie All Doll’d Up’ show – which totally changed the mood of the entire fashion fiesta.
It was a perfect incarnation of style, glamour and all that! With Barbie turning 50 but, still a favorite among all, it couldn’t have been a better place to celebrate the event than ‘Lakme Fashion Week’.

Indian designers including Vikram Phadnis, Wendell Rodricks and Neeta Lulla, in association with Mattel Toys put up a smashing show with their own Barbie creations on the catwalkof Lakme. Top Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif, alongside top ramp models of India, walked down the ramp dressed in brilliant and glamorous creations, all from Barbie’s wardrobe.
