“For home-made chocolate lip balm, take 2 portions of petroleum jelly (vaseline) and 1 portion of chocolate bits or chocolate chips. Heat them in the microwave, until both are melted and have fused together. Place them in a container and place it in the fridge to let it re-solidify. As simple as that!
