1 cup strawberries or Blend strawberries or papayas
1 small bowl of yogurt
What to do:
Simple blend the strawberries or papayas with one bowl of yoghurt and there it is ready to be applied all over your body. Let it remain on your body for approximately 20 minutes, while you can listen to some nice music or inhale some exquisite aroma using aroma therapy. After 20 minutes, and rinse it away and amuse yourself with the nourished, moisturized and lighter effect it has on your face and body.
